Reset270 Caregiver Support Program

The Home Care Relief Consultation Program is designed to support families and caregivers who are struggling with the physical and emotional demands of caring for a love one at home. This program provides hands-on education, body mechanics training, transfer strategies and home care planning to reduce care giver strain and improve safety for both the caregiver and patient. 

The goal is to help families feel confident, safe and supported in managing daily care tasks.
