Program Overview
The Home Care Relief Consultation Program is designed to support families and caregivers who are struggling with the physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one at home.
This program provides hands-on education, body mechanics training, transfer strategies, and home care planning to reduce caregiver strain and improve safety for both the caregiver and patient.
The goal is to help families feel confident, safe, and supported in managing daily care tasks.
